Payment
Everyone at Statik accepts checks, cash, Venmo, and credit cards. Please note that there is a $35 fee for any returned check. Statik Gift Cards are available and can be used for all services and products. Please treat gift cards as you would treat cash. Lost or stolen cards can not be replaced.
Gift cards expire one year from date of purchase.
Gratuities
Gratuities are customarily given for good service. While they are never expected, they are always appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client, and in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
Scheduling
Our Scheduling is designed to allow the correct time needed to complete your salon services. Please help us by being on time. We may be unable to provide your service if arrival is 15 minutes alter your scheduled appointment.
Satisfaction
We want you to be happy, and will do everything we can to make it so. If any part of your experience does not meet your expectations, please let us know. Though refunds cannot be granted for services, we will do everything we can to assist you. We encourage you to experience the talent of any of our Statik team members. If you feel you would like to try the services of another staff member, please let us know. We are a team and are all here to accommodate you.
Weddings
A bridal contract is required for parties of 6 or more. On location services also available.
